How to get there |
This is quite a climb from the south on a somewhat steep serpentine roads up through the woods from Santa Catarina (835m). I believe the road over Danta di Cadore, starting in Campitello (976m) or S. Stefano (908m) would be a quite nice climb, but have not been to this side. The climb from Padola is also a bit steep, but is also a shorter climb. Apart from the Danta climb, there is no real views anywhere but at the top, where it is beautiful. |

Another climb worth mentioning in the area is the one to Monte Zovo (1836m). It is a well-known hard climb, with lovely views at the top (1901m) along a path (630m from the end of the asphalt), starting in Campitello (983m).
