Above Coti-Chiavari on a steep and bad road with concrete steep ramps and some loose gravel. At the start a litle sign said 'TdF' and I thought it was a joke about that it was for Tour de France riders, but it is the name of the television company and it is partly a road to a television antenna, but the longest (and most difficult) route continues to the electric station in the photo.
