Col de Bavella (1218m)

It turned out to be a very long road to the Bavella/Bavedda pass and it got dark long before I reached the pass. Without a front light, but with moonshine guiding me I eventually reached the pass and saw lights in a house – a mountain hut open from May. I stopped and asked if it was open and they told me it was still closed for a few weeks, but they let me stay there for the night and I had good food and wine for a cheap price (it was quite cold though, but used several blankets for the night).
