How to get there | From the north one starts the climb in Corvara in Badia (1522m), but could climbed without interruption from St. Lorenzen/S. Lorenzo di Sebato (806m). One could also start between these places, if coming from Ju de Furcia/Furkelsattel/Passo Furcia (1759m), in Zwischenwasser/Longega (1012m) or at Picolin/Pikolein/Piccolino (1088m) if coming via Jù de Börz/Würzjoch/Passo delle Erbe (1996m) or in La Villa/Stern/La Ila (1395m) if coming from Ju de Valparola/Valparora/Passo di Valparòla/Valparolapass (2197m). From the south the climb starts on the way to Passo Pordoi (2239m) in Arabba/Rèba (1601m). Alternative starting points are also: Caprile (1002m); Rucava/Reciavé (1309m) if coming from Passo Giau (2232m) or Forcella Staulanza (1770m); Cernadoi/Cernadou (1412m) if coming from Passo Falzarègo (2105m). Very good pavement. |

Other comments | This is the least interesting and beautiful pass on the famous Sella ring and one would do well in using the alternative and outstanding Passo di Valparola instead. The ladin gherdeina name for the pass is Jëuf de Ciaulonch. [IT-BL-1875] |
